Refund & Shipping Policy

Overland Tailor Tuning (“OTT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides custom automotive tuning services and related products. Due to the nature of these services, this Refund & Shipping Policy explains what is and is not eligible for refunds or returns.

1. Digital Products & Tuning Services (No Refunds)

All digital products and services are final sale, including but not limited to:

  • Custom ECU calibrations and tuning files

  • Licensing or unlock services

  • Remote tuning or flashing services

  • Software-based services or digital deliverables

Once a tuning file, license, or service has been issued or delivered, no refunds will be provided, regardless of whether the tuning file has been installed or used.

2. Custom & Vehicle-Specific Services

OTT tuning services are custom-built for each vehicle based on:

  • ECU ID

  • Vehicle configuration

  • Customer-provided information

For this reason:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once work has begun

  • Refunds will not be issued for incompatibility due to incorrect or incomplete vehicle information provided by the customer

3. Hardware Products (If Applicable)

Physical hardware products (e.g., remote tuning devices, cables) are subject to the following:

A. Returns

  • Hardware returns may be accepted only if unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Return requests must be submitted within [14] days of delivery

  • Return authorization must be approved by OTT prior to shipment

  • No returns/refunds on custom hard parts or associated down payments on those parts

B. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used hardware

  • Hardware that has been registered, licensed, or paired to a vehicle

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or customer error

C. Restocking Fees

Approved hardware returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to [15%].

4. Shipping Policy (Hardware Orders)

A. Processing Time

  • Hardware orders are typically processed within [3-5] business days

  • Processing times may vary based on availability

B. Shipping Methods

  • Shipping carriers and methods are selected at checkout

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

C. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise stated

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

OTT is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

  • Damage caused during shipping

Any shipping damage must be reported within [48 hours] of delivery so a carrier claim can be initiated.

6. Incorrect Orders & Defective Hardware

If you receive:

  • An incorrect item, or

  • A hardware product that is defective upon arrival

Please contact OTT within [5] business days of delivery. OTT will determine, at its discretion, whether replacement or return is appropriate.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • Immediate service suspension

  • Revocation of licenses or access

  • Permanent account termination

Customers are encouraged to contact OTT directly to resolve any issues prior to initiating a dispute.

8. Acknowledgment

By placing an order with OTT, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Shipping Policy.
